Jewellery designer
Jane is an artist and jewellery designer/maker who grows pearls in the remote Abrolhos Islands 70 km from mainland Western Australia.
Jane manages the Pearl Farm, seeds mabe pearls, designs her range of hand made jewellery and makes every unique piece either on the farm or in collaboration with her dedicated smith.
Because every item is for individual pearls, the process can not be automated or mass produced. The best way to buy an item you like is to visit the Post Office Island Pearl Gallery.

Jane graduated from Art School at Curtin University in WA .
Jane has worked with a group of women in Sumatra for 20 years making textiles.
Her paintings, hangings and drawings are on display in the Post Office Pearl Gallery.
